2. Personal Data We Collect

We do not collect any sensitive data (e.g., health, biometric, or political information) unless you voluntarily provide it through a specific feature, in which case we will update this policy accordingly.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data, along with information about the purposes, categories, recipients, and retention periods.

Right to Rectification

If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected without undue delay.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)

You may ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent, or when processing is unlawful.

Right to Restrict Processing

You can request that we limit the processing of your data while we verify its accuracy or while you contest its legality.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine‑readable format and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.

  3. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and will aim to respond no later than 30 calendar days, in line with Article 12 of the GDPR.
  4. If we need more time (e.g., for complex requests), we will inform you of the extension and the reasons within the initial 30‑day period, extending the deadline by up to two additional months.

All communications will be handled securely, and we will verify your identity before disclosing any personal data.

7. International Transfers

Dishmum may transfer personal data to service providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
